  I have only wonderful things to say about this property. We've stayed here many times with our kids and highly recommend staying here. If you love the smell of fresh air.. waking up & going to sleep in silence then this is the place. Desiderata have the most comfy beds..the most plush lounges surrounding the most beautiful fireplace. They have every creature comfort you could possibly think of and there is no expense spared in decorating this most gorgeous home. We just love it and will definately be coming back again and again..we just never ever get tired of the gorgeous view

  If you love peace, quiet and tranquility, then this is the place for you! We absolutely love staying here with our family. The owners have done a great job with the decor with different peices from all over the world. The outdoor entertaining area/BBQ is where we spent most of our time! We will be back! Thanks

  My family and I have stayed at Desiderata for our annual holidays over the last couple of years. We absolutely love the house and property. The view is spectacular and the owner has thought of everything- from the variety of movies and kids toys down to the kitchen that feels more like our home than a holiday home. The beds are comfortable and there is enough room that we all have our own space. The best part is the sense of peace and tranquility- love Desiderata Kangaroo Valley.
