  "Bundaleer" is filthy. It must have been a beautifully designed house in a nice spot many many years ago, when, from the looks of it, it was last cleaned. And as you can see on the website they can still make great looking photos of it, but actually living in it is fast from great.

  The area is magnificent and we enjoyed Kangaroo Valley, but coming back to the house was a let down every time.

  We've stayed with Kangaroo Valley Getaways twice. The first time, at Twin Peaks was lovely. So when my parents visited from the UK they were the obvious choice. Booked Twin Peaks again and also The Studio, a property that they offer on a referral basis. They show pictures which advertise the property as an equal standard to their own. The property was dirty, even had a dirty tissue in one of the drawers, rusty shower caddy, toilet roll had been leaked on and dried out, deck outside was filthy, nothing like the pictures on the Kangaroo Valley Getaways website. It didn't come with the advertised wine hamper that should come with a midweek stay and the people at Kangaroo Valley Getaways will accept no responsibility so we're unable to get a response to our complaint. Won't be using them again.

  Dealing with the ladies at Kangaroo Valley Getaways was great. They were friendly, helpful and informative. I highly recommend this service over some other holiday home companies. I truly loved dealing with them and had no issue with calling them if I had any enquiries on a property or was looking for further help.

  We've just returned from another awesome weekend in Kangaroo Valley. We have booked through Kangaroo Valley Getaways a number of times. They have some absolutely amazing properties and the staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. We'll definitely book through them again next time!
